That’s Not Okay: A People-Pleaser’s Guide To Setting Boundaries
This introductory course is for those want to stand up for themselves, exercise their "no" muscle, and feel more empowered in their interactions with other people.
We begin by diving into what boundaries are, we
contemplate where poor boundaries lead, and consider what
healthier boundaries can do for our livelihood. Next, we explore the four main types
of boundaries—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual boundaries. And finally, we begin
building better boundaries as we strengthen our relationship to
ourselves.
During this course, you will discover your core values, write your personal manifesto, connect with your feelings, begin cultivating a relationship with your environment, and develop soul-honoring spiritual practices.
Through music, writing assignments, and creative exercises, you will become more integrated and embodied as you create your own personal boundaries.
This course is designed for those who are ready to use strong boundaries to support their true self. This curriculum encourages deep transformation in your relationship with family, coworkers, your physical environment, your body and your spirit.
Students should expect to devote at least each week to each lesson.
